We offer Free Standard Shipping within Canada and use Canada Post.

Your order will be shipped within 4-5 days

If you have provided an email, a tracking number will be emailed to you  after your order has been shipped.

All prices on our website are in Canadian Dollars.

We are not responsible for additional taxes, such as sales tax, import or customs taxes or any additional charges that may be added. outside of Canada

All Shipping charges for exchanges and returns are the responsibility of the purchaser. We suggest you use a tracking number.

OliOeco will not be held responsible for packages not received for which  a tracking number cannot be provided.    

Only items that arrive at our studio in unwashed, unworn and in new condition with the original tags attached within the 30 day time frame will be credited

EXCHANGES and RETURNS

To exchange or return an item please contact  jannis@olioeco.com  within 7 days of receipt of your order.

We will accept exchanges and returns for up to 30 days after connecting with you by email.

Once you have contacted us we will respond to you within 48 hrs.

Items to be returned for any reason must be post marked within 30 days from the date we respond. We will provide the return shipping address and an order number at that time. Please use the original packaging and include your order number with the return.

SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE

All shipping charges and postage for exchanges and returns are the responsibility of the purchaser.We suggest you use a service that will provide you with a tracking number.

OLIOeco will not be responsible for packages that do not reach us and for which a tracking number has not been provided.

Only items that arrive at our studio in unwashed,unworn and in new condition with the original tags attached, within our 30 day time frame will be accepted for any type of exchange,credit or refund.

We may at our discretion provide only  an exchange or shop credit if an item arrives to us outside of the required time frame we have stated.

 PACKAGING MATERIALS

We use recycled paper for garment  tags, care tags, business cards, post cards and letterhead.

Garment brochures are also recycled paper and our reusable cotton shopping bags are made from recycled cotton sheeting

Customers can use their cotton shopping bags as an extra layer of protection when washing their OliO garments by machine. Simply , button the item to be washed,turn inside out and place  in your cotton bag.Tie the handles together and wash with a mild non toxic detergent.Rinse well and hang or lay flat to dry

When we mail an item to you it will arrive in a box made of recycled cardboard and instead of tissue paper your item will be folded, put in the cotton shopping bag and then placed in the box

We GUARANTEE OUR GARMENTS and offer a Repair Service for your time worn item
